Eden Brook Care
is an
agency that provides professional caregivers employment opportunities in
Canada. Caregivers are individuals who are qualified to care
independently for children, the elderly or people who have disabilities.
We have a special

comprehensive information to determine if you qualify for our Caregiver

The Eligibility
Requirements section is very important since it contains information on
the Canadian Governments requirements for the Live-in Caregiver Program
as well as Eden Brook Care’s requirements. If you are a serious
candidate, please make sure that you visit this section.

We require the
following documents to compile and complete your application (note:
background checks are mandatory and will be conducted on each prospect)

Application
Form You may complete this form and submit online, however, please
note that all applications will not be processed until processing
fee is received. Be sure to give as much information as
possible, this helps us to find you a placement promptly, that suites
your requirements.

Reference
Forms Two written character reference letter from a non-family
member

Copies
of Diplomas, School Certificates, First Aid Certificate, CPR, Police
Records, etc.

Two
recent photographs of yourself.

Written
character reference from your own family

If
applicable, personal checks, money orders, cashier checks - must be sent
via Mail,
Credit Card Form can be faxed.

Optional,
Dear Host Letter, to your prospective family describing yourself,
family, work experience, hobbies, interest etc.
Governmental fees
are separate from the application fee we require. You must pay
the non-refundable fee for the processing of your temporary visa and/or
work permit application when you submit it. You should check with
the Canadian consulate, embassy or high commission nearest you to find
out the amount of the fee.
We
strongly suggest that you review the
program requirements carefully before making an application.
There will
also be costs for a medical examination, passport and travel. You are
responsible for these costs as well as the processing fee mentioned
above.
Once
your Application is processed, our company will present your Application
to the interested Canadian families and in case you are selected, we
will also guide you through all the immigration and relocation process.
In exchange for the services we provide, we charge a one-time
non-refundable application fee of $250 Canadian for applicants. This fee
is not associated in anyway with any other fees that you may be required
to pay, such as Citizenship and Immigration Canada, or fees associated
for legal advice.
A great thing
about the Live-In Caregiver Program is that once you have completed two
years of employment in Canada you are eligible to apply for Canadian
Permanent Residency / Landed Immigrant Status, which can lead to
Canadian Citizenship after 36 months of Canadian residency.
