Fill in our online application form. Along with the application forms, you must also provide Eden Brook Care with:

1. A minimum of two written reference letters from recent previous employers regarding relevant childcare/homecare work experience, e.g. length of time spent working as a nanny/Caregivers, number and ages of children cared for, type of duties performed etc. If your references are in a language other than English, please have them translated into English. 2. Copies of childcare diplomas, certificates in first aid, CPR, etc.
3. A description of yourself and the types of activities that you have engaged in with the person (s) that you have cared for in the past. Application Form
4. Criminal check report or authorization for criminal check.
5. Two written character reference letter from a non-family member.
6. Lastly, a minimum of two recent photographs of yourself.

Note: The more information you provide about yourself and your experience, the better your chances of selection.

After the first step, if you qualify, we will schedule an appointment for an interview with one our representatives. All documents pertaining to the application and the application fee must be received before an interview is conducted. Please click here for a check list. Once you are accepted on the program you will correspond with the families that we find for you until a perfect match is found.
