Before submitting your application form, please read the following:

• Are you within the required income bracket to hire a live in Caregivers?
• Can you provide the Caregivers with private accommodation, i.e. room or living area?
• Have you checked the Canadian Immigration web site for international sponsorship information http://www.cic.gc.ca? (Please also note, that sponsoring a foreign Caregivers in Canada requires that the Caregivers live in only).

Processing international sponsorship can take up to eight months. Hiring within US and Canada may take up to four weeks to complete a background check.

Fees for submitting this application form must be sent via Western Union, Paypal, Money order or by faxing your visa information on the application form to Eden Brook Care 647.439.1548

Application forms will be processed upon receipt of application fee.
